When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Auth0 authentication. We also collect usage data such as which reports you request and how you interact with the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Deep Value service, including generating investment research reports, managing your account and subscription, and improving the quality of our analysis. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled by Auth0. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your full credit card details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your report history from your account settings.
